Here we go, the Masked Shiba adventure finally begins!
For those who don't know us : my name is Stéphane CASIER, I am an illustrator and founder of Yeaaah! Studio which is a brand with which I sell reproductions of my illustrations on different printed media (posters, postcards, stickers, calendars, etc.).
I work with my wife Laura who takes care - among other things - of preparing orders on a daily basis and managing our resellers in France and around the world.
I released a first art book called "Quality Goods" in 2016. It was a limited edition, printed in risography and self-published. I started working on a second book in 2019 but the project remained on hold, for multiple reasons.
The idea of creating a publishing company was born at that time. Initially to publish my own books but in the future we also want to publish artists that we like and support.
Our first publication is "Kodomo", a 158-page art book bringing together illustrations created between 2016 and 2023 for Yeaaah! Studio and various exhibitions.
The printing was handled by a local printer : Copy-Média, in Canejan (33) and we are very happy with the result. The 3D varnish used on the cover looks great!
The first print run is only 300 copies but rest assured, we will print more when these sell out.
The book comes with a bookmark, a sticker and a card.
The first 200 copies are also accompanied by an exclusive numbered and signed illustration, printed on Tintoretto Gesso 200g paper (17x17cm).
It will be on sale on this site on Thursday September 28 at 6:00 p.m. (French time, UTC+2).
